Rubber fingers for plucking chickens, turkeys and other poltry

We offer three types of rubber plucking fingers for mechanical plucking of poltry. They are designed from 50 Sha natural rubber (NR). Depending on your requirements, we can produce them in different colours and hardness using rubber suitable for food industry.

Rubber plucking fingers (the so-called fine pluckers)

This type of rubber fingers is used for fine plucking. The radius of the tube which goes into the steel drum is 19mm. It is designed for industrial machines in bigger slaughterhouses. It can also be mounted on makeshift machines if the radius of the hole in the tin sheet is cca 18-19mm.

Purpose: Rubber fingers for plucking chickens of ’’the smallest size’’ is most commonly used for makeshift rubber pluckers.

Rubber plucking fingers (the so-called fine pluckers),
medium size

This is a medium sized chicken plucker and it is most often used.It is designed for fine plucking of chickens and it is most commonly used for makeshift pluckers. The radius of the tube which goes into the steel drum is 22mm. It can also be fitted onto professional industrial machines in bigger slaughterhouses. We produce them from standard 55 Sha black rubber.

Purpose: ’’Medium sized’’ rubber fingers for chicken plucking are also fitted onto makeshift pluckers, but they can also be used in bigger slaughterhouses for fine plucking.

Rubber plucking fingers (the so-called pluckers for rough plucking),
industrially big

Rubber fingers for rough plucking of chickens are used by professional industrial machines. Unlike the two aforementioned types of fingers which are circular in shape, the part which fits into the steel is cross-shaped. We produce these pluckers from somewhat harder rubber because they are twice as long compared to the other two types. We produce them from black rubber as well as in other colours and (Sha) hardness according to customers requirements.

Purpose: Rubber fingers for plucking of poltry are most commonly fitted onto industrial machines in bigger slaughterhouses
